Software Engineering Professionals (SEP) has always been interested in attracting and retaining top talent. So when they set out to build a new corporate headquarters, they created a one-of-a-kind work environment on a 20-acre site adjacent to the bustling Indianapolis business corridor.
The site also holds 8 acres of well-preserved woods, making it possible to create a quiet, attractive sanctuary for employees. The build-to-suit space was carefully planned to accommodate SEP’s growth potential, reserving space for 50,000 additional square feet of future office space.
