GE Aviation was ready to invest $50 million to modernize and expand their existing manufacturing facility. But they also needed to ensure that the plant’s 700 employees could continue to meet the demand for the next-generation LEAP engines assembled at the plant.
Through careful coordination and attention to detail, this build-to-suit project was initiated and completed without interrupting daily operations.
